Your backups are stored on servers dedicated to backup, in data centers separate from your production, and replicated across several European countries. If the legislation of your country or sector requires a specific storage location, we deploy your storage in that location.

Frequently asked questions
What we are asked before signing
Who holds the encryption key?
You do. Data is encrypted on your machine before it is sent, with a key that only you hold. It remains encrypted during transfer and throughout the storage period.
What happens in the event of ransomware?
Your backups are stored outside your network. Anti-ransomware protection monitors file changes to detect an attack. With immutable storage, backups can be neither modified nor deleted. We restore a version from before the attack.
Where is my data stored?
On servers dedicated to backup, replicated across several European countries. If legislation requires a specific storage location, we deploy your storage in that location.
How do I contact support?

Who installs the agents?
