Our commitments regarding hosted content

WeDoBack only hosts data that respects moral values, human dignity and the law. This code sets out the content we refuse, our customers’ obligations and the consequences of non-compliance.

1. Our policy

A policy based on human dignity

WeDoBack has chosen an ethical policy that respects moral values and human dignity. Consequently, WeDoBack only accepts to host data that complies with the limitations described in this code.

2. Prohibited content

The content we refuse to host

Any content deemed offensive is prohibited. This includes in particular any content that is:

discriminatory, racist or xenophobic;

revisionist or denialist;

defamatory;

violent or inciting violence;

likely to offend young people;

abusive, or commonly considered vulgar or offensive;

contrary to public decency or public order;

offensive towards religious practices or beliefs;

obscene, pornographic or pedophilic.

Intellectual property and compliance with the law

More generally, any content that infringes intellectual property rights and copyright (texts, images, videos, trade secrets, internal or confidential information, etc.) or applicable laws and regulations is also prohibited on our servers.

3. Customer obligations

What our customers commit to monitoring

Every customer whose website (or any other application) is managed by WeDoBack must ensure that no visitor can post comments, blogs or reviews containing:

racist insults;

abusive language or language commonly considered vulgar;

language offensive towards religious practices or beliefs;

revisionist content;

pornographic or pedophilic content.

4. Neutrality

Strict neutrality

For reasons of strict neutrality, no political, philosophical or religious content is managed by WeDoBack.

5. In case of non-compliance

The consequences of a breach

Failure to comply with this code of ethics results in:

the immediate suspension of the services provided to the customer concerned, on the server concerned, until the content complies with our code;

in any other case, no intervention by WeDoBack is possible until the content complies with our code.

6. Application details

The links we systematically refuse

In accordance with the values described above, applying this code means systematically and categorically refusing any link to the following content:

hate speech, harassment, insults, threats, defamatory content towards individuals, groups or states;

adult-only, suggestive, provocative or explicit content;

unfounded or unverifiable, misleading or ambiguous information;

dishonest or abusive activities or content;

religious content, fortune-telling, astrology, occultism, etc.;

gambling and games of chance, as well as any game causing addiction or dependency;

weapons in general, war, revolt, demonstrations;

drugs, tobacco and any product that poses a threat to health;

dating sites, libertinism, swinging or similar.
