SMART protects your files, servers, workstations, NAS and mailboxes at a controlled price. You manage your backups independently and only pay for support when you need it.

SMART suits self-sufficient teams: you install the agent, you choose what to back up and how often. We provide the storage, security and monitoring. SMART covers the same technical scope as the INTEGRAL offer, and the fast restore option is available with both offers. Only the included support hours and the price reduction differ.
All your essential data
Files, folders, servers, workstations and NAS. For Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, one agent per email address is enough.
Encryption at the source
Your data is encrypted on your machine, with a key that only you hold. It remains encrypted during transfer and storage.
Separate, replicated storage
Servers dedicated to backup, in data centers separate from your production, replicated across several European countries. Servers and disks are renewed regularly. The number of deployed servers is growing, and storage can be extended to other countries to broaden retention and protection. ISO 27001 and HDS certified data centers, processing compliant with the GDPR.
24/7 monitoring
Your backups are monitored continuously. If a backup fails, an alert is sent.
Retention tailored to you
You set how long your backups are kept according to your needs, within the limit of the volume ordered.

Storage and one agent per machine
The SMART offer consists of two elements: SMART storage, ordered in 1 TB blocks, and a backup agent for each server or computer concerned. All prices are excl. VAT.

Fast restore (archived system image): 15 € per month half-yearly or 60 € per month monthly, per server and per TB. Deployment by a technician: 45 € excl. VAT per hour.

Choose your volume
Order SMART storage in the online shop, in 1 TB blocks.

Add your agents
One agent per server or computer to back up, and one agent per email address for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Install and launch
You install the agent and configure your backups. If you wish, a technician can do it for you (45 € excl. VAT per hour).

Is support included?

Can I back up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
