Ele \u00e9 medido a partir do incidente, ou da decis\u00e3o de acionar a conting\u00eancia, at\u00e9 o momento em que um usu\u00e1rio volta a realizar uma tarefa normal de neg\u00f3cio. Ele o distingue do <strong>tempo m\u00e1ximo de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o toler\u00e1vel<\/strong> (MTD), que \u00e9 o tempo total de parada que a diretoria aceita para uma atividade. O RTO deve garantir que o MTD n\u00e3o seja ultrapassado: por isso, normalmente \u00e9 menor.<\/p><p>A ANSSI, ag\u00eancia nacional francesa de seguran\u00e7a cibern\u00e9tica, usa o termo <strong>dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o admiss\u00edvel<\/strong> (DMIA, na sigla francesa). Ela exige que a estrat\u00e9gia de backup leve isso em conta para cada ativo de neg\u00f3cio, e que uma ordem de restaura\u00e7\u00e3o seja definida com anteced\u00eancia, de acordo com as depend\u00eancias (DNS, diret\u00f3rio\u2026) e a criticidade dos aplicativos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77e0d21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"77e0d21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>O RTO \u00e9 a soma de qu\u00ea<\/h2><p>Em uma restaura\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00e1ssica:<\/p><ol><li>o tempo para perceber a falha;<\/li><li>o tempo para decidir e contatar a pessoa que sabe executar;<\/li><li>o tempo para encontrar chaves, senhas e procedimento;<\/li><li>o tempo t\u00e9cnico de c\u00f3pia ou de inicializa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>o tempo de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o por algu\u00e9m da \u00e1rea de neg\u00f3cio;<\/li><li>o tempo para que as esta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho ou os clientes remotos voltem a acessar o servi\u00e7o (DNS, VPN, IP).<\/li><\/ol><p>Um RTO \u201cde duas horas\u201d anunciado por um software muitas vezes considera apenas a etapa 4, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de laborat\u00f3rio. O RTO real soma as seis. \u00c0 noite e no fim de semana, a etapa 2 sozinha pode passar de duas horas se ningu\u00e9m estiver de plant\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Em um PCN, as etapas 4 e 6 s\u00e3o preparadas com anteced\u00eancia. Restam a detec\u00e7\u00e3o e o risco de uma virada que ningu\u00e9m se atreve a aprovar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ca33dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9ca33dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>RTO e RPO n\u00e3o se negociam um contra o outro<\/h2><p>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel ter um RPO curto (c\u00f3pias frequentes) e um RTO longo (restaura\u00e7\u00e3o lenta de um grande volume). \u00c9 poss\u00edvel ter um RTO curto (conting\u00eancia j\u00e1 ligada) e um RPO ruim se a conting\u00eancia estiver duas horas atrasada. Definir \u201cRTO de 4 horas\u201d para a empresa inteira obriga a pagar caro demais pelo sistema de documentos ou a mentir sobre a central telef\u00f4nica. Basta uma linha por servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1db0b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c1db0b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Como saber se o RTO \u00e9 cumprido<\/h2><p>Somente com um cron\u00f4metro durante um teste. Se o teste durou seis horas e o RTO definido \u00e9 de duas horas, \u00e9 o RTO definido que est\u00e1 errado, at\u00e9 que a arquitetura mude. N\u00e3o se \u201cmira\u201d um RTO que a \u00faltima medi\u00e7\u00e3o desmentiu. A ANSSI insiste nesse ponto: um procedimento de restaura\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser redigido e colocado em pr\u00e1tica regularmente. Um teste de inicializa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realizado todo m\u00eas, sem afetar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Com a oferta <a href=\"\/pt-br\/oferta-pcn\/\">PCN<\/a>, inst\u00e2ncias em nuvem ficam ligadas permanentemente e s\u00e3o acionadas por um agente na rede do cliente, sem mudan\u00e7a de endere\u00e7o IP: o RTO residual \u00e9 sobretudo o da detec\u00e7\u00e3o e da decis\u00e3o. A replica\u00e7\u00e3o ou a sincroniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados entre a inst\u00e2ncia PCN e o servidor de origem n\u00e3o \u00e9 nativa: ela depende de um processo espec\u00edfico, adaptado \u00e0 necessidade, que a WeDoBack pode implementar mediante <a href=\"\/pt-br\/cotacao\/\">or\u00e7amento<\/a>. Nos tr\u00eas casos, a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o pelo neg\u00f3cio continua contando no cron\u00f4metro. Por outro lado, o RGPD europeu (artigo 32) exige meios que permitam restabelecer a disponibilidade dos dados pessoais e o acesso a eles \u201cem tempo \u00fatil\u201d em caso de incidente.
